Hand embroidery is a course of one year. During this one year the trainee learns about the artistic designs on fabric using threads and needle. Embroidery work may be done by hand or with embroidery machine. Embroidery has bright prospectus in fashion designing industry.After Successful completion of training , certificates are being awarded to the students by national/State Council for Vocational training.Also a stipend of Rs 2000/- per month is provided to the trainee.
Nature and Scope :-
Embroidery work is the Creative work . It requires a creative eye, precision in work and finenessine work. It includes certain degree of manual labour. This art has no boundaries and these embroidered products are spreaded world wide.
Career prospectus
Embroidery work is gaining popularity as a full time career in present times. Job opportunites are available in organization that make garments, bags, footwear etc .An embroidery worker can work in an organization as an instructor, Supervisor or as a trainer.
An embroidery worker can start hi/her own firm and can become an entrepreneur giving more job opportunities to many people.
